In essence, a character who would likely engage in all forms of festivities involving debauchery. Fits my headcanon for evil Alicorn Queen (De)Cadence's character, who I imagine to be someone like Slaanesh in pony form (warhammer40k.wikia.com/wiki/Sl⦠).
