TFP Silverbolt from TFP Grimwing with new head sculpt, modified bigger wings, snout and tail from original Silverbolt figure grafted on, and full repaint.
Commissioned custom with the specific instructions to graft the tail and snout from the original Silverbolt figure to Grimwing, sculpt the head, and mod the wings. There was also a color placement mock up supplied to me but the boss gave me a lot of freedom to stray from that. He liked how it came out, so YAY.

Its the same size as Grimwing's head but ends up looking a bit too small somehow.
