Besides in the first game afterwards he was REALLY losing his mind when he planned to have the regime go on a RAMPAGE throughout the cities & next in the main DC universe after the people saw the TRUTH about him when he killed Luthor! Then he KILLED BILLY...A CHILD just cause he disagreed! See he was starting to go EVEN MORE TOO FAR!!!
