Full view recommended.Number 5 in the 10 aliens series. You could call this form, Nicole's 'Alien X.'
This form is not an alien but a modified version of Nicole's human self (much like a Mew Mew.) She uses the 'Heart Ring' as a weapon that combines with her omnitrix (which stays in the watch form) and the middle pearl of her hairband.

Bit of an advice here: More alien look a like and less human, If you want to make a Sailor Moon characters then try to do a new story.
Seriously, Even Gwen's grandma looks more alien than these ones you are making, At least give it that look.
