She loved the feeling of freedom that came with bouncing on her exercise ball. Every day after work, she would head to the park near her apartment, armed with her brightly colored ball and a radiant smile. As soon as she arrived, she would find a patch of soft grass under the shade of a large oak tree, and with a quick burst of energy, she would begin her bouncing adventure.
