Used to be a human before he ended up in a small accident with a virus, which caused him to fuse with it. (Read the comic linked below).
He can hack computers by sticking his hand in them. He could completely crawl inside the computer screen if he didn't have human flesh left on his body.
He is slowly becoming 100% virus.
He eats electricity. Batteries are his favourite.
