Oh...I'm not veeery good at explaining something, ok anyways.
''Graphical tablet'' is used for making digital art (like bamboo tablets...)
Maybe in your country you call them in another way but in Ukraine we call them ''graphical tablets'' :>

oh! we just call them tablets...or drawing tablet

also, for art you dont neeeeed a tablet (especially pixel art) since there is no pen pressure for pixels
