You did a good job with this one. I think she's make a splendid morph for the A4.

thanks

daz really came up with a versatile figure in their 4th generation.

I agree, now I just have to work up the nerve to give up my beloved A3 and play with A4 more.

Yeah, I was looking her over, the new muscle-tone morphs and stuff look like a neat add-in to mix with A4.

i like the fact that morphs are combined, such that when you bend the limb, the muscles also move. however, it plays hell with simple conforming clothing.

i like dynamic clothing, except that the cloth simulator it is really crude. it does not handle elasticity, can't give thickness to the cloth, and does not deal with models that touch. ie: a tightly bent limb, where the surfaces are touching or (worse) they go through each other. The cloth simulator goes nuts trying to handle conflicting signals from the model.

oh well. if everything was perfectly automated, there'd be little craftsmanship involved

Yeah, the poke-through problem is universal with 3D, it's hard to train virtual models how to defend themselves from being poked by other models.

Though I have to admit I haven't played with the new V4-based models really at all, but after looking at the possibilities they look pretty delicious.

And yes, fixing all the little "artistic" flaws in what the computer-automation does is what makes this "Art" - IMHO.

v4 is really exceptional. daz really delivers an amazing line of figures for very little cost. and each generation *is* truly a leap forward from the previous. at this point, they're pushing the limits of what the tools to manipulate their models can do.

You managed to make her look very young and petite considering she's based on V4.

Nice job.

i'm finding that v4 is more versatile than previous victorias. almost as much as aiko3. i'm really looking forward to an aiko4!
