Description
Dynamic Developments created Team Scratch using customized DNA sequences, along with artificial organs implanted into their bodies. Once grown into physical maturity, the units’ brains are programmed with new information and regulations to control and restrict their actions. The artificial organs repair themselves naturally over time using the same means that natural creatures do. The explanation of the powers and how they work is unlikely to come up in the comic, but are included here for the sake of completeness. Dynamic Developments refers to these created life forms as Bioroids.

BIOROID SERIES: Claude I-7A
COMMON NAME: Claude
Height: 1.863 m (6’ 1”)

-Laser Eyes: The modified rods and cones in Claude's eyes absorb and store incoming light. A specialized organ at the back of the eye can focus and re-emit this light on command. Claude can modulate the amount of light released from something as harmless as a flashlight beam, to a blinding flash of light, to a high-powered laser capable of punching through armor. Overuse of any of these abilities will drain the stored light in Claude’s eyes until he recharges them with exposure to enough light.
-Strategic & Tactical Instincts: Claude's modified hippocampus contains the tactical and strategic experiences of former Claude-series gladiators. Due to this, Claude has keen instincts when it comes to tactics and strategies in combat. Claude can supplement this implanted knowledge with further training and experience.
-Super Stamina: The muscles of Claude's heart are fortified with artificially enhanced myocardium (the muscle tissue that creates the heart), allowing it to operate a higher levels of capacity. His enhanced bone marrow has higher levels of thrombocyte (platelet) production, allowing his body to repair cuts and bruises rapidly. His blood contains tailored microorganisms that dramatically improve his ability to recover from injury. His enhanced liver, spleen and kidneys also contain artificial microorganisms, improving his ability to recover from toxins, pathogens and disease.
-Super Strength: Every muscle in Claude's body contains a flourinated polymer weave. This chemically inert substance is ten times as strong and resilient as normal muscle tissue, and magnifies Claude's strength several times above and beyond the human norm.
-Super Toughness: Claude's skin and connective tissues are fortified by grafts of synthagen (a strengthened and reinforced collagen-protein derivative), flextin (a synthetic and more resilient form of the elastin protein), and flakes of modified and laced cartilage. It grows and repairs itself just like normal skin, and is indistinguishable from normal skin. Claude's bones are fortified with a latticework of titanium fibers, increasing their durability and ability to handle physical stress. Claude's body can repair this bone lacing if it’s damaged, but it takes twice as long as normal bone.
-Weakness Detection: Part of Ryuugen's training taught Claude how to detect and recognize weaknesses in opponents or objects. Combined with his natural instincts for tactics and strategy, Claude can quickly determine the fastest way to defeat an enemy combatant.

PERSONALITY (ISTJ)
Claude is serious and quiet, interested in security and peaceful living. He is extremely thorough, responsible, and dependable. He has well-developed powers of concentration. He is usually interested in supporting and promoting traditions and establishments unless he views them as harmful. He is well organized and hard-working, and works steadily towards identified goals. He can usually accomplish any task once he's set his mind to it.
Claude would be quite happy not to fight, and prefers a quiet life. He enjoys chess and games that require strategy and tactics to win. He is not the most skilled fighter, and tends to use brute force over finesse (though Ryuugen is trying to train him better). When confronted with things he doesn't want to do or enjoy, he becomes quite grumpy and surly. Claude respects function over form, having little patience for things that are merely "pretty" or "cute". He has a weakness for almond cake, and when he has the opportunity he eats more than he should in one sitting. He's not fond of coffee, but loves black tea.
Claude's strength as a leader comes from his ability to plan ahead and calculate strategies. His mind is filled with hundreds of plans and scenarios based on situations he's experienced or imagined. Where he fails as a leader is when he's called on to improvise. His mind, while powerful, works slowly and doesn't handle time pressure well.
DISPOSITION
Lawful Good - When faced with the dilemma of doing good or enforcing the law, Claude prefers to do good at the expensive of the law. He gives and takes lawful and good orders, and will never side with a criminal. If faced with a choice between taking down the villain or saving civilians, Claude will let the villain go if it ensures the immediate safety of others. He's self-aware enough to avoid falling into bouts of "Lawful Stupid" or "Stupid Good", at least most of the time.

-Lightning Fists: Leona's hands possess an array of specialized glands, connected to the nervous system. This network allows her to absorb, generate and channel static electricity. She can discharge this stored energy by touch, turning her fists and hands into natural tasers.
-Lightning Bolt: The same glands in her hands can be used another way. Leona can condense and superheat the air around her hands into plasma, and then hurl it at distant opponents like a lightning bolt. Doing so exhausts her store of electrical energy, and she must recharge it before attacking again.
-Rubber Body: Every cell in Leona's body is like a nested noodle, small and compact but capable of expanding to enormous lengths (and makes her weigh more than her size would indicate). Because of this, her body is extremely resilient to physical damage, and her body is as pliable like rubber. She can stretch and expand individual body-parts to tremendous lengths, or make them expand in size. She's only limited in that there's a maximum total mass she can expand to, so the more body-parts she tries to expand, the more the possible maximum size for each one drops.
-Super Agility: Leona's synapses and neural cells are extremely dense, allowing for faster transmission of commands from the brain. This allows her to react explosively quickly, and (when combined with her Attack Vector Analysis) she's fast enough to dodge bullets. In addition, her joints are coated to reduce friction between them, along with enhanced lubrication and ligament augmentation. This makes Leona extremely flexible and quick to act.
-Teleport: In Leona's frontal lobe is a second custom organ: the Mazarone-Reshoune Node. This experimental organ allows Leona to manipulate the one-dimensional strings (as described in M-Theory) inside her body. In doing so, she can instantly teleport to any point within her line-of-sight. The act of doing so is taxing, and teleporting too often will quickly exhaust her.

Though her impulsiveness tends to suppress it, she has a well-developed common sense and practicality.
Leona loves fighting and being the center of attention. She's a natural show-off, and combined with her overconfidence makes her a flashy and flamboyant fighter. If someone challenges her, she's determined to win. She's a terrible tactician, and her battle plans usually involve a direct attack. She's fond of music, dancing and singing, which is a shame because her singing voice is terrible (despite her protests to the contrary). She's an incorrigible flirt, and she loves taunting men with her beauty. Leona loves beer and ale, and she's a happy drunk when she indulges. She also likes anything with cheese, especially if its warm and melted.

Chaotic Neutral - Leona is a hedonist, interested in fulfilling her desires and pursuing her interests. She has no respect for law and order, but she's not evil in that her desires aren't evil. She has too much of a conscience for that, but she's often indifferent to the feelings of others. She tends to slip into Chaotic Good when dealing with those she cares about.

POWERS
-Giant Growth: Felicia can’t use this ability if both her minds are not synced. She also needs a store of kinetic energy to tap into (provided by her ability to absorb kinetic energy and store it in her cells). As she processes and releases kinetic energy, her body begins to generate quantum cells. These cells cause her body to grow and expand in size and strength. Her maximum limit tops out at 14.3 meters (47 feet) tall, but at that size her physical strength also increases to superhuman levels. She can only store a few minutes' worth of energy at a time, and if exhausted the quantum cells will disappear and she'll shrink again.
-Kinetic Absorption: Felicia's cells can store kinetic energy inside them for a short time. In doing so, she can shrug off some physical damage (though if the damage is inflicted too quickly the absorption can't happen). She can only retain this kinetic energy for a few minutes at a time, and requires this energy in order to trigger her giant growth powers.
-Pheromone Control: Felicia's sweat glands can adjust and control the types and amounts of pheromones she releases into her surroundings. She has no control over who is and isn't affected by these, though she can control the type of pheromone she releases. The first type of pheromone is used to relax others around her (provided they're not already agitated or hostile). The second type establishes a kind of "social" dominance over others, establishing herself as the focus of a group (though this doesn't work all the time). The third form is used to attract mates, though this usually doesn't work because most can't get past her weird appearance. Still, she can use this combination of attraction and revulsion to confuse her opponents for a moment. The internal systems that control the pheromones are not completely under Felicia's control, and can activate against her will.
-Sonic Blast: Felicia possesses modified vocal cords and expanded lung capacity. This allows her to modulate her voice(s) over a tremendous range. She can focus and pinpoint sonic waves enough to crack hardened steel and dense stone. With two voices, she can attack two targets at once, or focus an extra-powerful blast to a single opponent.
-Sonic Scream: Rather than focus her voices to a single point, Felicia can spread out her sonic scream over a wide area, which can stun enemies or cause severe dizziness (or even temporary deafness). Specialized organs in her inner ear canal prevent her from doing this to herself (even if one head tries to stun the other).
-Super Running Speed: Her enhanced muscular, skeletal, and respiratory systems enable explosive bursts of speed, as well as enhanced long-term running speeds. To maintain this kind of physical activity, she has three lungs and two hearts contained in a wider chest to prevent exhaustion.
-Two Heads: Her dual-linked nervous system allows her to use both sets of eyes to triangulate onto distant targets for increased accuracy. When facing multiple targets, she can focus on and attack two different targets simultaneously. She can also focus on two different mental tasks simultaneously. When her minds are in unison, she's capable of great feats of mental acuity and prowess. But when her minds de-sync, the two fight for control over their shared body.
