Does Sonic need another character? Maybe not, but if it's a IDW creation, then it might work *fingers-crossed*.

I don't colour in random pictures though, I only do it if permission is either offered in the description of the drawing or if I have direct blessing from the artist.
In both the case of this and the previous Tails one, in the image description permission was offered to colour-in the pictures. However most don't explicitly say so and i'd feel weird just going ahead to colour in something without permission. Sorry.
