every year dolphins are led in a prolongued chase to a hidden cove in taiji, japan. once the schools of dolphins enter the cove they are trapped and killed by the fisherman with knives and spears. the dolphins are left to watch their entire families die as their screams fill the air and the water around them turns red. the meat gathered contains toxic levels of mercury and is sold falsely as whale meat to the locals.
over 20,000 dolphins and porpoises are slaughtered each year.

first of all i want to say thank you to all of the people featuring my art as well as spreading the word about this matter in any way possible. people like yourselves are the ones who make changes for the better and prove that humans can be caring, morally driven beings.

For those of you that don't know, the killing of dolphins has been resumed in taiji once again and help is needed to keep pressure on this matter to bring it to an end as swiftly as possible.
