Or maybe I'm the only person who would need one..... Everyone is smarter than me.
This tutorial is especially made for people who don't have a 'hot knife' to cut foam. People like me.
Other things that don't cut through foam are kitchen knives, scissors and wire heated up with a hairdryer.
Craft-knives for life.
Please let me know if this tutorial was useful for you/ was crappily written etc. I'm more than happy to answer any questions.

Where did you get your foam from? Because I'm finding it really hard to find somewhere that does any D;
And does it have a certain, like, foam type? Eek >.<

I just got mine from a normal craft store. It's just regular cheap foam. The kind that's made of lots of white balls smushed together.
There's this really nice pink foam that people are supposed to use for this kind of thing but I couldn't find any of that either.

Gonna ask around to see if any Ramona Flower costumes are planed for this year. This is Scotland so nobody really thinks about it until two days beforehand. A lot of cardboard robots walk the streets around halloween.
But if anyone needs a foam hammer to go with their blue hair then i will pass this onto them
