Description
High atop the back of her chosen dragoceros she could see for miles across the barren desert. Aside from the rolling tumbleweeds and blowing dust, there was no sign of her quarry. It seemed that the escaped prisoner had vanished into the very sand. As they trudged on, she instructed the other beasts to look behind the tall rocks
and dig into burrows that might be large enough for a man but still their hunt came to no avail.

Shaded from the blinding sun by her dragons wings outstretched above her she could almost make out a figure in the distance. It flickered as though it were a ghost--fading in and out with the blowing dust clouds. If the man had run such a great distance in the time it had taken her to find him, he would surely be weary despite his strength and determination.

"There," she shouted and pointed at the distant flicker, instructing her dragoceros hunters to hasten their pursuit.
