Oil on hard board. 60 x 60 cm. ie. the meat & potatoes size of my paintings.The second of the water second of the water studies I did in Orivesi. I was going for stronger expression & increased stylization, and really enjoyed painting the light green leaves over the darker underpainting.
A personal favourite. Hope you like it too

The colors... they are perfect in this one. They clearly give a feeling of warmness AND coldness at the same time. That's hard to pull off.
