Had managed to get my hands on a copy of Sailor Moon R on DVD. R is one of my fav seasons of Sailor Moon because of the villians and the introduction of Sailor Pluto <3Here were my random thoughts on the villians XD heh heh. Avery/Karaverous was always my favorite. Then Birdie/Beruche. I drew Avery twice because I like to imagine her with her hair down :3 Anywho...Here's what they're saying if you can't read it.
Rubius: Totally gay for Prince Daimond/Demando.
Katzy/Cooan: Ru-Rubius! No! (in responce to Rubius)
Prizma/Petz: Ah! Mine virgin eyes! (also in responce to Rubius)
Emerald/Esmeraude: Ho-ho-ho! I'm really a dragon!
Saphire/Saffir: But Big Brother! I'm weak and a Darien/Momoru clone! I was fated to die!
Daimond/Demando: It's good to be the prince (drinks wine)
Wicked Lady/Black Lady: I have a crush on my dad and abandonment issues!
Wise Man: I'm a pedophile in a hood!
If you've seen Sailor Moon R, even *dubbed* you would understand these jokes.

I agree. But the Subs definitely are worth looking into. They cut out so many scenes from that season, just editing them out entirely. It was like rewatching new episodes to me because of all the extra content I'd missed out on from the dubs.
