im in 8th grade nd ever since 6th grade i've been getting bullied over being called emo.
People literally have randomly thrown things at me,shout out "emo!" as i pass by, and even teachers nd family call me emo for no fukn reason!!!

people call me both goth and emos, idk what rlly the difference is other than goth is a fation statement and emo is like depressed but some say its the opposite...i guess they are both kind of alike, but emo sounds cooler XD

* They are not crybabies: if you are and do it for attention
* Do not always wear black: now wearing colors that are copying the oshare and lolita to punk is more colorful accessories that do not end the emo
* People can be very good, if only among themselves as only socialize with each other emos and not with other people (and I tell you that once a try talking to one and are airtight to speak)
* Do not always cut: unless you have fear of blood or cut and so view only for fashion
* Not always depressed: only do it when they want attention
* Can be happy too: nothing more when the group when they are not home
* They are normal people like you: if you have an ideology but (if you can call it ideology) very silly to say that life is experienced by everyone in life we ββmust suffer to be strong not to give the blade veins and tell everyone I'm depressed
* EMO is just a label for emotional people

I'm glad you know what emo is! People overuse the words emo and depressed and it annoys the fuck outta me because they don't know what it is! When someone says it I ask them to tell me what they think it is. They say it's people you wear black all the time, slit their wrists and listen to loud music. I want to slap them across the face but instead I tell them "You better shut your mother fucking mouth right now before I punch your face because that is SO NOT, what it means."

I'm so happy for this. I have so many people at my school who cut themselfs and call theirselfs "emo". Emo doesn't always mean wearing black or cutting yourself.
