it'd be helpful for you to see some teeth reference arts. And remember that they're never perfectly lined up to make that zig-zag shape - it's good for cartoony looks, but not if you want 3D effect. For that, try to make some teeth overlapse others. And not all teeth look the same, try different sizes and shapes

If possible, there are two small things I would like to be changed (:
1. Mer only has the white spot on one side of her face (the right I think 
2. if possible, could you remove the drool from nava's cheek?
