This adolescent, as we can see here, is mocking a princess. OH, NO THAT WON'T DO!
As you may have learned in issue #43, it is stated that you shouldn't make fun of royalty, with protesting as the only exception.
The adolescent is also wearing balloons as false breasts, furthering the damage to the mocking.
As the boy continues to proceed with his childish behavior, he does not notice that the princess he is mocking is right behind him.
