Pastels, pencils and pens.. about 3 weeks? lol, I've never been so relieved to have finished a drawing ._.Any thoughts always appreciated!

Anyway, same compliments apply here as with the Tokyo Ghoul piece, particularly with the skin tones
I would however question the use of pastels and such with this piece. Pastels, for me, lend themselves to creating more of an atmosphere, or an emotion, and that is what really worked for you in the Tokyo Ghoul piece.
While the same level emotion exists with Motoko herself in this, the wires maybe aren't having this same sense of emotion. To me they say more about detail and mechanisms, which almost lend themselves purely to pencil, or a similar medium which also yields a similar, finer finish. This would also speed up your workflow.
Nevertheless, this is an excellent piece, these are just the thoughts of a novice artist...

Aww damnit, I searched everywhere on here and somehow managed to not find that. Although, the one I did find was on google images and it actually looked a lot different to that in terms of colours o.O

Again I agree with you there, my initial thought was that they were great for skin tones, which is why I chose them for Motoko.. but then obviously they're not so great with little details, so in the end I had no choice really but to use pencils for the wires. It's interesting you said that though because i have felt myself that they feel a bit separated.
But what can ya do? I guess i should've just planned ahead better with this one >.<

Yeah no worries, i've had huge problems before finding artists,
i still haven't found the artist for that AMAZING berserk painting on my deviant art (the one with guts vs femto)
unfortunately certain mediums don't lend themselves to certain drawings. I get really excited when i see sci fi landscapes ,or wotever, that i really want to paint but quickly realise it's not practical with acrylic, sad times
