Tanya=allied forces commando, Twin pistols, explosives and attitude.
Boris= Soviet union commando, Sniper rifle, airstrike signal and Russian cold blood.

Red alert 3 was still pretty good, crazier, but good.
the expansion (uprising) on the other side I didn't like, it added some units that were way too strong.
