My fav four from Hey Arnold (vehemently) in my style. I'm sorry I gave very little to original style...Do you remember that old nick show? One of the very best. I could sit down on almost any episode and be dazzled.

One of the most important things I wanted to do when portraying Helga is to keep in mind that she ISN'T pretty. Or, she shouldn't be. She's not a sex kitten like her sister Olga. HElga was an ugly little girl who came from an emotionally abusive home. I imagine, with help from her psychiatrist (Dr. Bliss), Helga has slowly taken charge of her own life by highschool. She works as a catty waitress to earn dough for not only things she needs (food and shampoo) but also saving a little bit at a time for college. Yes, she moving out as soon as she can. BUt also by this time, she has grown up a bit so she tries hard to not be so insulting and rude- especially to Arnold- who has noticed this change. She's still needy and bossy but that will probably never change. well still love you that way Helga.

although this could be a random scene, It comes in day after a little fic I had written up in my head. The day before, Helga got into it with Bob (her dad) and didn't want to go home. but after having used Pheobe's place for so long, Helga didn't know where she would stay the night. Kindly, and inconspicuously, Arnold let's her sleep at his house. They won't say anything about it the next day, but Arnold knows about Helga's family and knows she trying hard. He find her more and more attractive as the years go by. Even now, I don't think he's in love with her, but he's getting there. and Helga is learning everyday how to handle her passion for him.

I'm sorry but Phobe and Gerald FTW forever. Such a cute couple. I know a lot of ArnoldxPhobe people exist and you can pretend that too if you want...I never mind.

I also didn't want to change their wardrobe much- only to what extent would make sense. Phobe is still under-developed and Gerald grows a little gotee. seems natural enough.

Oh my I've gone and exposed myself again.
