Digimon aren't limited to a single evolutionary path, like Pokemon usually are. Demidevimon has quite a number of options. For example in Digimon Masters Online he has three different evolutionary paths. He has more than one evolutionary option in his Wiki page too. So this is a possible evolutionary option, but only one of many.

So Velkyn question-Can adults go to the Digital world?
I mean is it cannon that they can only go with the aid of a child or Digidestined?

I think it honestly depends on which season you're basing it off of.
In seasons 1 and 2 instances of adults being in the digital world are exceedingly rare. Jennai seems to be the only known adult to be in the digital world, and it's not entirely clear on whether or not he's an adult or a digimon or some combination of the two...There was also that guy who kidnapped Ken in season 2, but I don't remember much about him. I think he was being manipulated? Been a while since I've seen that arc >>;
There are other instances of adults knowing about the digital world (ex. Yamato/Matt's dad knew about Gabumon before being introduced) but it's unclear if he knew about it from being a kid and just grew up, or if he's been there on his own, or if he just found info on it somewhere. It does seem pretty clear though that nobody in 01/02 can go to the Digital World without having a digivice (in season 2 only the D3's could open the portal at all) so it seems unlikely that anybody'd get in without having previous access or knowing somebody.
Season 3 heavily stresses Digimon and the Digital World are only accessible by people who have the imagination and sincerity to still believe such creatures exist, which is why it's predominantly children that have digimon. That said, an entire team of adults was able to accept their existence and help the kids out, even going so far as to program a ship to send into the digital world to pull them out again. There's also a human that spent a lot of time there while he was in a coma or something, and he was an adult. So basically it's plausible here for adults to go back and forth without being a Digidestined/Tamer.
And Season 5 (Savers/Data squad) goes even farther by actually having adults and older teens partnered with digimon, having digivices, and going to the digital world. So it's not only plausible, but more likely, in this continuity.
So basically, it depends

something i should point out, while Digimon can have multiple Digivolution paths. it is believed that Myotismon is DemiDevimon's true Ultimate Level, thus making VenomMyotismon/MaloMyotismon his true Mega Level

Although Demidevimon's evolution line does seem to be a thing of great confusion. In Digimon Masters Online for example, he's got three different evolution paths depending on which egg you pick.
But based on his ability to hit Malomyotismon and Piedmon, as well as his ability to evolve into other things related to Beelzemon, it seems a safe bet that he could also be a Beelze.

I didn't know the little bat evolved right into the huge demon. Isn't there kinda a power gap there? Oh what do I know. Maybe its just like the cat and angwomon. Thanks for sharing this with us

Haha...at least Demidevimon has similar aesthetic features. I mean, he and Devimon have the same skull mask with fangs on the sides, and the same skull decorations. Makes waaaay more sense than a cat turning into an angel. But sometimes Digimon just doesn't make sense at all >>;
