When I first look at this my eye is instantly drawn to the face. It is beautiful. The eyes are lovely and the expression seems determined, very much something I would expect from Laura Croft.
I then look around and start to see things that distract from the overall potential of the image. The hands, both the one in the forefront and in the distance have some problems. The knuckles on the front hand look a little out of line on the first and second finger, and the thumb seems a bit awkward in how thick it is (but I love the detail of the cracks in the nail). The hand in the back looks bulky. The angle of the shoulder closest to the viewer seems too narrow, like there is no muscle, or not enough muscle there. If she has any skill with the bow, and this is Croft so of course she does, then she would have more muscles there from the use of the weapon.
After I get past that I see all the other great things. The dirt and smudges are good; it shows thought to the action happening and a good balance of light and dark. I love how you have used the two different light sources (fire and sun) to reflect two different types of light on her face.
I like the details on the bow and quiver. It is little things like that that make a picture go from 'eh' to 'wow'.
Good background. Enough detail to add to the picture, but not so much that it distracts.

Painting is great.
I wouldn't say this if you didn't request critique, but since you did you can take this little complaint: Why is she holding the elbow like that when in the other hand she has a knife? That bit makes no sense.

Definitely one of the better pieces of Tomb Raider fan art I've seen lately.
