First time in, I went renegade but ended up doing Synthesis.
Too many valued friends in the Geth and EDI.

I think Synthesis is the best ending two. It puts an end to all future organic-synthetic conflicts. All the same, I think the producers can indeed continue from this ending with some new enemies.

i find synthesis the ending the "cop-out" ending.
all the fighting throughout 3 games, just to amalgamate everything and everyone?
what about new life that will be born and created. that will no longer be synthetic and will rise up eventually, will the cycle not start again?
to me, its then ending in which "i dont wanna fight anymore" kind of ending.
and ill go back to the paragon and renegade endings. wrong way round?

You have a point, but if I compare the three endings I think this is probably the best one.
Destroy will make your Shepard survive, but all the Synthetics will disappear from the Galaxy. Control is not that bad apparently... but with the Reapers still out there flying around the planets I don't feel too relaxed. We can't be sure that Shepard won't lose her memories and soul little by little going crazy. Of course this is just my personal thought

good point...I think what it boils down to is that the change that everyone goes through is on a molecular level, and so if u have a child, that child would still "changed" w/ the combined synthetics/organics change.

I still don't approve of any of the ending in ME3, but i will i admit I like this pics. They really capture the feeling to each decisive color.
I don't approve of what Bioware/EA did, but that doesn't mean I have hate their work, or the work of others.

Since Dragon Age 3 is coming out I am actually hoping they pull it off cause right now their talking about another sequel to Mass effect. With the ending leaving a sour bitter taste to the series I really want them to do well on DA3.
This will give me a bit hope for any sequel/game they make. Still like these pics BTW.

Yeah I actually hope the new Mass Effect will be as epic as the game series in general. I honestly didn't like Dragon Age at all... I mean, it's actually an amazing game considering everything, but for some reasons I found both DAO and DA2 a bit boring. Especially DA2 with its so damn quick romances and such. Personal taste, though.

I don't like killing all the synthetics and the Control ending is weird... not to mention that after all of that, I don't think Shepard would actually do what The Illusive Man wanted. We can't say that Shepard will always preserve her/his memory as a Reaper and Reapers in the space... just brrrr, nonono, I don't feel safe XD

what I've always thought, is what if they cloned Shepard? I mean im sure they'd have enough DNA somewhere, glass he drank from, or anything possible...and then, w/ Grunt, he was in a tank and was imprinted w/ "memories", programs and such...why couldn't the same be done for Shepard?

True, I sometimes think about that too! I think that would definitely be possible, the Normandy is still intact after all and I'm sure there are pieces of Shepard's DNA like everywhere. A hair on the pillow, for example.
I mean, The Illusive Man bring Shepard back from the death rebuilding part of her body and skeleton. So why not cloning?

well they did it in the Citadel DLC, and that clone didn't have any memory, but if they used programming and programmed him/her w/ the memories of the original Shepard, than why not? lol

Yes, I think that would be possible. The only reason why BioWare is not taking that into consideration, is because they want to concentrate the new ME over different characters and adventures. Fine with me, but at least we can keep creating alternative endingsΒ in our heads

oh yeah, I've always thought that Shepard's story has ended, regardless if he "survived" in the destroy ending...but in my head, in the background, they cloned Shepard, and while he was in the tank gave him all of his memories in programming...so when he came out of the tank, he WAS Shepard lol. but yeah I cant WAIT! I so hope we can be Justicars in the new ME game! lol

I can't wait to see the new ME! I just hope it won't be as boring as Omega, since the developers are the same whoΒ made theΒ DLC (which IΒ didn't really like,Β even though Aria and Nyreen were cool).
I want to see more about this epic world and maybe discover some new alien races. I really want to know if that will be set before or after Shepard's story, if it's a past or future chapter. But well, we still have to wait a lot before finally watching a trailer.
Plus, I'm so curious to read more about the ME movie they were planning to make.

oh im sure we'll be seeing some new races lol and I HOPE its future! I don't like "prequels" that much...not to mention would LOVE to see how the game changes based on what u chose at the end of ME3.
