all drawing was by hand yeah. As far as the technique... i learned mostly by practice, but a few tutorials i bought helped.
Look up Digital Art Tutorials, this one in particular came in handy

Besides that girl looks amazing, that pose certainly shows off her fine looks and love the glow effect too, way nice lad.

And that's all you have to do sometimes, as long as you know your doing whatever you can to make the pic good than your only pushing yourself trying to achieve sheer perfection. Good for you though lad, very proud of you!

Yeah that's understandable but even now seeing some friends move over onto commissioning work and whatnot, you really do notice them not being the same anymore. Don't worry not concerned about it happening at all to you lad besides it sucks ass being without a dollar to spend.

im sure i'll still do occasional requests but, really im trying to pay bills and save up for some big things, so i'll have to start trying to make a little extra dough on the side. I'll probably still do a free request for whoever gets the thousandth hit type thing, or maybe every 5000 so i dont get overbooked again!

Good for you though for keeping the requests and the commissions split even, actually you'd be the first one I've seen do that. Often someone goes into commissioning and never allows requests ever again.

Well from what I see most people might do every 50K hits or even on some occassions 25K. Only reason I'm mentioning it is because had this one guy who ALWAYS got massive hits and did a tribute pic for it. However the guy was doing one (or two) every week, think he celebrated every 5K hits, pretty crazy eh?

I always try to stay true to the character but not just draw them the way they're drawn on the shows, so i drew her a little bit more mature.
This was actually a quick one, most of the pics im working on havebeen month long processes, i drew this 2 nights ago, inked and scanned yesterday then colored in about 2 hours last night... kinda hoping this starts a trend!!!
