#56 of Hanna Is Not A Boy's Name!I know I am updating all the strips here for some reason but UH yeah I am not really drawing anything ELSE IT SEEMS.
For the record I spent a lot of time on the first panel. Also, I would like to point out that I don't think Conrad has smiled ONCE this entire comic which is like about 40 pages that he's been in.
Maybe my next random art submission will just be Conrad smiling.

You know you need to smile more when ... smiles more often than you. But we've never seen Conrad on his own; maybe it's Hanna's fault he never smiles. Because Hanna fills the comic's smile quota all on his own?
To give Conrad some credit, he does smile on the character expression sheet. Does that count?

There was a guy at the library that came in today that looked EERILY like Conrad. Even had the nerd glasses though nowhere near the snazzy fashion sense or the snagglefang! I also think he had a brit accent.
It's so cool to see people that look like characters hahah <3 it's like vindication by the universe XD

I DOES BELIEVE I SAIDS IT BEFORE. You're awesome. Yeah i'm pretty positive I told you that prior. But OHMAN. Is so true. 
Also I cannot get over the first panel, you spent a lot of time on it, and it shows. I seriously LOVE the way you make buildings, you make them with so much character and also not so much detail they take away from anything, just give good settings and backgrounds(TRU MASTA ARTIST) Plus it's in a giant arrow panel. I love arrows, I love your panels, combination is ULTRA WIN. Also gotta love poor Conrad all "Hey.. Hey...HEY!" and being all ignored, and I STILL love lil silhouette Conrad yelling, it makes me HAPPY. THEN HUFFHUFF Conrad is epic win too

What's going on with Conrad's mouth in that last panel? Is the left line his mouth and the right line is his cheek? Or is the right line his mouth and the left line is just there for giggles...

He's puffing up his face! Like. The line on the right is his cheek and the two lines are his mouth and the upper one is his lip.

Lovin' that window still. I kid. I only just now realized that you had switched over their outfits but seeing "..."'s hat, which I immediately thought "I want that hat... and his whole outfit". The floating panels are quite attractive in your style.

First panel is just lovely - both background/colourwise as well as the panel border.
I love how you play around with practically everything in this - even the typography.
My only gripe regarding this page is that you break the line of interest in panels two, four and five. [link] It's still readable, though, since you show more than one character in every panel, which makes it easier to keep track of where they are in relation to each other. /end comic-nerd babble.

I know about the 180degree rule but since there are things in relation to the characters (be it door or another character) I figured it would still work.
Hahaha I appreciate the crit though! But since I had 2 4 and 5 all at the same angle very obviously (they barely even move) and it only breaks once to show hanna entering a door, and he has the door/building to show you in relation what shot it would be coming from (and the first panel to connect it to) I figured it would still be clear, so I don't completely agree. But it helps getting another point of view!

Oh, don't worry, it still works, since they're all standing still and there's no motion to confuse the reading order - it's just I have a teacher who beats us over the heat with a rolled-up newspaper if we break the 180 degree rule, so I tend to be a little like that too.
I'm looking forward to the next strip - this chapter seems to be going somewhere interesting.
