Happy New Year!What better way to start 2011 than with some excessive bromance? Awww yeah.
I intended this to be on New Year's Day but then it ended up being a bit of a MONSTER and took a lot longer. But hopefully my efforts are well worth it. This was done wholly with brush pens and copic markers (minus the text which is of course Webletterer from www.blambot.com just in case you were wondering). I found out I am REALLY slow with brush pen and copics, just for the record.
I hope you guys are having a great one, miss you much but hopefully this will make you forgive me for being a bit absent during the month of December! Hope to have a real strip up soon. You know I love you much.

Your traditional techniques are lovely..there's the same effects here that you use in the comic digitally. I wish you would work traditionally more often, but I know that it takes awhile.

The bromance is KILLING ME. Killing me ith glowy eyes and epic pouting maneuvers and FEEEELINGS and how adorably slightly worried our Beloved Narrator looks in that last panel.
The shading is subtle but perfect and even in silhouettes you tell a wonderful story. You have your characters nailed and I am deliriously happy-envious.

God, can I empathize with Hanna. I spent two years without friends myself. I still deal with some abandonment issues, but I wouldn't hesitate for a second to die for the two friends of mine who befriended me and dragged me out of that hell.

I'm actually a little afraid they're going to go all gay on each other, because you've made such a beautiful friendship right here and it's so RARE these days to find something like that. I started reading your comic only 2 days ago and now I CANNOT STOP. I love it soo much! I had noticed your art long ago but I can't believe it's taken me this long to finally read HINABN.
This strip fills me with absolute glee! I love the relationship between Galahad and Hanna and how they form such a great team and know each other soo well even after.. well probably not that long all things considered. 
I really like the quality of this handdrawn strip. The greys you used give it a nice "paper" feel and the touch of orange quirks it up soo nicely~
