The former capital of ancient Communism, Moskau was almost entirely destroyed during the ancient war, and remained a necropolis for centuries. But as the Polen people looked for a new home among the wastes of western Russia, and with the radiation having dyed off, a new city began to rise. In the modern age, Moskau is a powerful city state, having rebuilt the city with grand temples and towers for the people to live, shop, and debate in. Like a true phoenix, Moskau has risen from the ashes of apocalypse, and stands proud.
