This is one of the flags for the New Mayan Empire in the Kaiserredux mod for Hearts of Iron 4, which is led by Francisco May Pech. In our world, Francisco was the leader of a rebel ethnic group that wished to restore the Mayan empire and push out those they viewed as evil colonizers, mostly Mexicans and Spanish communities. This started the Caste War, a small but violent conflict in which Francisco led the charge in an attempt to protect the Mayan people; it failed. In Kasierredux, he is a National Populist who’s path leads to him restoring the Mayan Empire, and either killing or deporting any Mexican who doesn’t bow to the Mayans.
