Yes, it is another BluePaint (... ummm, PaintedBlue.... whatever their name is) pic... I love them so!
XDAnyway, I just love doing fire and water and this was a perfect excuse, but instead of just Zuko and Katara I wanted to use their alter egos!
Hope you all like it!
Blue Spirit and Painted Lady belong to Nickleodeon.

This is such a great piece!
I really love the contrast between the blue and the red, the Painted Lady having the red touches and the Blue Spirit the blue touches in contrast to the Painted Lady's water and blue background with the Blue Spirit's fire and red background.
Simply amazing, go PaintedBlue!!!

I used this picture and your other one for an amazing Zutara/PaintedBlue T-Shirt. I know you took it down, and I'm sorry for using it without your permission, but I didn't have an account at the time, and it was a spur of the moment purchase, a purchase that I don't regret for I love the shirt! Again, forgive me for using it without your permission, I meant no disrespect. I have the highest respect for your work and so I felt I was showcasing it. I've never claimed the art as my own, and I would never do that. I guess what I'm trying to say is just that I'm sorry and I hope we can be friends. ZUTARA FOREVER!!!

I'm sorry that I had that t-shirt taken down, but it was my work (work that I'm not especially proud of, I've been wanting to re-do both of them because of 'issues' I have with them ^^ ). I know you didn't claim the art as your own, but you never mentioned me or where you got the images. And I really would have liked some sort of heads up that you were thinking about using them. I wish you would have taken the time to make an account on dA so you could get in touch with me, so this wouldn't happen. I guess it comes down to an artist's pride, I want to be part of whatever happens to any of my images. It's weird, but they're sorta like my kids (figuratively speaking! 
Plus, it's fan art. And fanart is illegal to sell unless you have express permission from the owners (Nickelodeon) and creators. I just do fan art for fun and to get better with my photoshop skills ^_^ There is no profit in it for me, except making friends and growing as an artist along to way!
Anyway, I hope you enjoy your time here on dA and I really appreciate your apology! Thank you!

Yes...I wish I would have made a DA account, but I guess it just didn't cross my mind at the time. It was a spur of the moment sort of thing that me and a friend did. We didn't really think into it that much, and I wish I would have mentioned the artists. I regret not doing that. Again, I'm sorry. And now I am more knowledgable about copyright issues involving art and videos, so I am much more careful now than I was back then. But I knew I wanted to meet you and apologize personally, and I'm glad I could. Your art is so good, I don't know why you'd wanna change this beautiful piece here - IT IS PERFECT! The water and the fire effects are the best I've seen on DA, and I've gone through every single Zutara picture there is - seriously! LOL!
But I understand what you mean about ART being your pride and joy. I myself have written many stories but I am very hesitant to share them because I don't want my ideas stolen. My dream is to one day be a fiction author, and so I won't be putting my stuff on here for that very reason. So...I completely understand! What you create is like your children, you love all of them, and you're the only one that ever sees the real, deep flaws in them - everyone else will think it's genius!!!
So...anyways...if I ever make another T-Shirt (most likely not - I bought 3) then I will most definitely contact all artists, ask permission, and mention them as the artists. It was a learning process, and I've learned a lot. Now it's time to move on! So...hello, your art is great, and I hope we can be Zutarian buddies!!!

"The Painted Lady" side is very strong with the water filling the empty space the way it does. The veil effect is great. She is sort of the "Red Spirit" in a way. The "Blue Spirit" side seems weaker, there is more empty space. Keep working on the limbs, and you'll have it down.
I noticed that we never actually see the Blue Spirit firebend in the show. I think that the idea was Zuko was making it a point of not doing so. He was going for a ninja effect, not (pardon the pun) a flamboyant one.

You have some really great points! I think I made the Blue Spirit side weaker because Zuko seems to be a weaker character as of late. He can't make his mind up about anything!! He's chosen the dark side for now, but I still believe in him!
Anyway, as for the ninja part... I titled the picture True Colors because that is who Zuko is under the mask, an amazing firebender. The same goes for Katara.... she just didn't hide her waterbending abilities.... but she's still not really the Painted Lady. ^^
