i got make a story off of this with just the picture alone (don't expect me to use the scenario that you posted in the description, though) i got my own thing; an inflation card game. the woman had a bad dream that she was on this belly inflation gameshow, she beat her opponent, and woke up in a sweat to her expanding gut with veins popping out and she was near bursting.

No... it has nothing to do with Aliens... She just overdid it at the newly opened Mexican All-You-Can-Eat-Place... and now all the beans in the food she gorged on are giving her gas to bloat her tummy even more...
But she is not afraid of the bloat but of the fact she knows she will fart soon and has panic her neighbours will hear it going... LOL
