It would have been kinda strange if she had a more joyful expression from the labor pains. Grand work on capturing her struggle.

Going to give you simple suggestion:
1.Make her bellybutton poped out
2.little bigger belly and boobs not too exagerrated
I think that make pic more sexy and enjoyable(In your case perfection)

I understand what youre saying. But how big her belly/boobs are, is just how my preference/style of drawing them in this specific pic. You would have drawn then differently because thats your style. but as you say they are just suggestions. No problem.

This is really good, you captured the anatomy and expressions well. The strain in her eyes, the tension in her teeth, and tightness of her belly are the key parts of this drawing. Also, I noticed in the other comments you don't erase often. You must be really accurate. I suggest kneaded erasers, they are pretty good at erasing AND maintaining the paper, though sometimes they can't erase some of the darker graphites.

It's probably the most normal depiction of labor in a pregnancy pic. Most women would be giving birth by now.

yes I do. I can see the the pic, or maybe a panel; A giant slimy tentacle coming out of the woman, her looking comically confused at it, maybe with a big question mark over her head.
