I think she turned out rather nice and I love her face and movement! She's a slightly desaturated pink and yellow, which i think turned out just right. ^^
With her base she stands 8" tall, supported by a tail made of steel and epoxy - which is very sturdy! She was finished with matte, satin, and glossy polyurethane so her surface is durable as well - her skin is matte and hair satin to give the surfaces a different look. Here eyes are carved and glossed.
She comes complete with her favorite snack, an apple fresh from zap apple acres!
Just as an FYI - this one will not be remade.

this piece was sort of made off the cuff so there is no artwork to copy. pieces that I design are generally not remade ^u^ sorry about that!

That is a nice piece of work. 700+ with more than 2 days to go. I cannot believe how Hasblo is missing the boat on high quality collector pieces. It is obvious that there is a market out there for collectible figures on the level of the Walt Disney Classic Collection. I would have been tempted to buy her myself if the price hadn't reached such a high level already.

may I ask how you applied the matte, satin and gloss?

I didn't know because I know there is spray cans in hobby stores of matte and satin.

i find spray cans never coat well enough. the extra chemicals that make them an aerosol can effect the quality of the coat in the long run, so i switched to Modern Masters Dead Flat varnish for my flat and various other polyurethanes for satin to high gloss :3
Paint on polys, when applied meticulously are just as flat as spray varnish and MUCH more moisture proof!
