Это он своё отношение к фотографам выражает? Или ко всем вообще?

Wow! I've never seen a cremello like this. When I first saw this I thought it was a toy/figurine.

I love cremello's...this is the color of my mare that died a couple of years ago. She actually had dappling when the sun hit her right.

A lot of Akhal Tekes have very sparse manes and so often times they are shaved off.

why, What are mane's used for, so now the poor horse will have flys bitting it, horses have manes to keep away flys.

The Akhal Teke is an ancient breed developed in a very severe desert climate where such insects never would have been a problem. Thus they never developed the flowing mane of other breeds and because of their inherent lack of a mane it is traditionally cut off.

So are you against braiding hair or clipping coats as well?

yes keep your horses hair the way THEY want it.

Falketra In reply to PegasusQueen [2011-04-14 00:11:36 +0000 UTC]
horses are bred for different purposes, because they are not in their natural state it becomes necessary for humans to intervene. Clipping and other such parts of grooming while not natural to horses are a necessary part of domesticated life...

sure they do, but in the grand scheme of things do you really think the animal is going to care if it got a haircut? I know my horse cares only about food and getting dirty.
