It's a picture of a doll that I'm doubting he made. It really has no artistic quality and there's not really any reason for it to have been taken at all. While photography can be art, it has to be of something that could only be captured in that moment. Something that is a moment in nature that only you are there to see. Stuff like that.

I don't do photography so that statement is irrelevant. And this is kind of fitting; this picture has a lack of art and your paragraph has a lack of punctuation. People may have their own way, but that doesn't really make it art. That's like saying that if someone took a picture of a bundle of head phones it'd still be art.

Correction; I care. Not using proper grammar makes you sound like an uneducated 3rd grader. And no, it wouldn't be art seeing as how it'd just be a picture of a bunch of headphones. It has no visual appeal nor any impact to the viewer. That's what art is.
