This is Ligih (person) and Far Lagoo (fox-weasel-dog-monster-thing). Ligih is definetly crazy and Far Lagoo usually just does that airy 'heh heh' sort of laugh. They are what is called a 'living ghost'. They occure when, in some cities, people live with ghosts, and the different energies between the two begin to gather and mix. It is not a pleasant experiance, of coarse.
