I used to have my doubts, but then I watched a video on youtube that pointed out some strange animation when they were around each other... and then I listened more carefully to what they said and thought about it a little longer then I had before...

At first I thought his hat was a wedding veil for some reason 
I support this couple although when I was a kid and actually watching this show I think I always thought that they were some how brothers, mostly because I always thought they were somehow similar. But I totally support this pairing and support your freedom to support it (if that makes any sense).

I should work on making my drawings clearer. I am new to my tablet so I am still trying to get the hang of it. So I will take some of the blame for the mix up.
There is a rumor they were supposed to be brothers. But who really knows. I can support them being brothers... not at the same time as I am slashing them, but I can see it, and support it. But I like shipping them more then the brother thing. Its just more fun.
And yeah that makes sense.

Please don't misunderstand me. Your drawing is great, much better then mine mostly because I don't have much of a drawing style yet. I often times just say what I see and probably people with half a mind could see that it was a hat, plus it is a really weird hat to begin with. I almost think it would be funnier for it to be a wedding veil given the circumtancesXD.
And I'm glad the last bit makes sense and I agree because Slash is always more fun no matter what anyone says^_^.

Well, it takes practice. You should try using reference, for my school and semi professional work I usually shoot some reference photos, because they help a lot.
It is a strange hat, I am used to thinking of it as a hat because I spend so much time watching this show and my favorite game is the Legend of Zelda and Link has a somewhat similar hat, and Vaati, who sometimes reminds me of Mozenrath also has a somewhat similar hat although I should admit that Vaati was not a villain for many games.
But yes it would have been funny.
Indeed it is. My roomie doesn't like slash so I try to make sure she never sees me drawing it, it is a bit of a drag.
