RazorDragon lives in a Nicaraguan holding facility, a place used to house sentient genetic experiments that are no longer needed for testing. She's on staff, though she's considered a resident there as well. More often than not she's used to settle new comers into their rooms, since seeing someone as strange as themselves in charge is often calming.

She has a degree in both bio-organics and non-human psychology. The System government has used her in alien/human relations and she lived the first half of her life in the Jovian system, tending to secret matters there.

Razor's flippant and bored of most things that go on around her. She'll chat the ear off anyone who asks her a question about science or engineering. She's friendly, and if you want a job done, she can do it.
