Description
Windows 10 has been released and it also comes with 6 annoying folders in "This PC" window similar to Windows 8.1 operating system. Unfortunately the old trick to get rid of these 6 folders in Windows 8.1, doesn't work in Windows 10.I investigated and found the new Registry keys which can be modified to get rid of the 6 annoying folders from Windows 10 "This PC" window.
If you want to remove the folders from Windows 10, you can check following detailed tutorial:

I did that right after installing Win 10, but for some reason the "Desktop" and "Downloads" folders keep randomly reappearing.

As I mentioned in the tutorial, you can try to set value of "ThisPCPolicy" to "Show" for other folders.

Nice work mate, this is a good solution, I just hope that updates wont reverse the changes.

Thanks. Since in this new method we are not deleting any Registry key and changing only string value, I think it'll not get overwritten by updates. Lets see when new updates arrive.
