The veins are probably natural. it's easy for veins to look abnormally strong if you hold your arms like that for a while.

I wish I could look like this but that would involve healthy eating and regular exercise

a bit more than health eating and exercise... this boy looks a bit too perfect to be all natural if u get my drift

Perhaps you should actually ask teh model before assuming his regime if u get my drift. It's always easy to make assumptions but it's another thing to ACTUALLY know the truth about someone else.

Beautiful model and wonderful shot. I was a little concerned he was going to leap out the screen and kill me. Or something like that

Whoah... let alone the exercise, that's the easy part, imagine how much FOOD he has to eat! Like a full blown meal every other hour.

ProfessorBats In reply to Jussimania [2012-12-05 17:32:05 +0000 UTC]
Yeah. That's the killer part. Few people realize that I like working out but all that eating, takes a lot of time. Also in the long run is a bit tough on the body, such as the kidneys - esp. the necessarily high-protein diet. So I'm back to skinny

khorask In reply to ProfessorBats [2012-12-08 10:30:14 +0000 UTC]
hes not 'THAT' buff.. hes just lean.. sure hes muscular but I doubt he eats like a Trojan.
His diet is probably just very strict and not necessarily extremely high in protein.
Anyway, a high protein diet and exercise is a lot easier on the body than a high fat, high sugar diet

ProfessorBats In reply to khorask [2012-12-08 22:15:22 +0000 UTC]
Depends on his body type. If he's naturally lean he's probably a hard gainer and needs to eat a lot to add on the muscle mass. If he gains muscle easy he probably needs to watch his fat/caloric intake to stay this cut. My guess is the former. Yeah, I agree, lots of junk food and sugar is definitely worse. I was thinking compared to a healthy balanced diet in lower volume.

Nice. I wish i had pecs like that. I got almost everything except those pecs.
π: 0 β©: 1
ProfessorBats In reply to Keshiro [2012-12-05 17:37:14 +0000 UTC]
Try switching out bench presses for dumbbell presses and flies for a bit. Less impressive because you use less weight, but you hit more areas of the pecs. Then add bench back in, remembering not to bounce (less weight with slow descend and all-controlled movement always harder). Weighted dips also good for lower pecs (leaning forward for more use of pecs, staying straight up for more use of tris).
