Dr. Salem (and many of my other OCs which I will reveal soon) is based off of my fic Behind the Mask, A Mad Man . So go check it out if you wanna!

About: Dr Salem is what you get when you combine a wicked witch and a medic specialist. She has that kind of sadism where anyone who is on her enemy list are captured and given “special operations” that can last as long as she feels the victim has suffered enough. Her foes also suffer the chance of being poisoned or cursed when crossing her. Depending on her mood, the gravity of these could be life threatening.
When she’s not using her powers to abuse others for her enjoyment, she’d become medical doctor and make money out of tending to wounds of other villains and rogues.
She was a childhood friend of Dr. Flug and Sea Devil and sees them as her brothers more than anything. Acuto was her guardian and sees him as her grandfather reincarnated.

Bio: Back when she was a child, Monroe and her older sister Alice were victims of an underground research facility in the US. But it was also where they met Irie Walker (Sea Devil), who was also a patient like them, and Donavan May (Acuto), who was an intern scientist. They also met and grew close to Adam Vivas (Dr. Flug’s birth name), the son of the facility’s headmaster.
When Alice created Wonderland as a way to interact with her sister and give other patient victims a moment of peace and freedom, Monroe was given the name, Red Queen/Rose Queen, one of four rulers in Alice’s world. Monroe loved plants and wildlife so she made her kingdom into a giant forest garden. Patients liked the place for its serene and relaxing atmosphere.
