Puppy at our PawSafe adoption event today..was in pure heaven!This litter was found in VA in a ditch on the side of the road in a garbage bag tied so they would not escape the bag. They all found a loving home today!

Such a sad story at least with a good ending. Its so hard to believe people actually manage to do such things to animals.
