I have an odd attitude about tattoos. God made woman last and I think that the female body is the most beautiful thing in his creation.
Try this: Go with a few guys to the most beautiful landscape that you know and engage them in it's beauty. Take a couple of steps back and say in a loud voice, "Wow, she's beautiful" and notice how many milliseconds it takes them to start looking around.
I believe that no tattoo artist on earth can improve on that perfection.
That being said, once you have one, there is no turning back and you may as well enjoy the view...

Where...well...one on the neck as you saw..one on my left shoulder blade..one on my tricep..and one on both ankles.
I love tats to a degree...I would never cover my entire body with them..but each one that I do get has a symbolic reason for my getting it..and I usually sit with the idea on what one I want for a couple of years before I actually get them. It is a process when I want another.
