It is ok..they stay mainly in yard..and come in after a couple of hours. They love it!

Well thats good. I always worry. Chris lost three cats the 1st month I met him, and my little baby kitty from years ago got out by accident and vanished- its just too heartwrenching!

oh I agree..I have been slowly introduing them to the yard here for about a month and a half. Did it one cat at a time to see their different responses and how they come home...and now they just basically stay around the house and property..we have about 8 acres here on this estate..they cant even SEE the road. I leave the door ajar..they come in and out to eat..drink water..and sometimes just sleep. I get them in by dusk NO EXCEPTIONS..and they are in for the night. They do not go out when we are NOT home..only when we are here.
I have these rules because of fear..I am so attached to them that I would NEVER want anything bad to happen. So I am protective..but Marissa you HAVE to see them outside..they are adorable! You have to come over..ask Denny what night is a good night and we can do pizza...

My kitties go outside on a leash
: ) They love it! Didn't do it this year as we moved, but will probably get Aslan a fat kitty leash in the spring.
I'll talk to Dennis, my schedule is out of control at the moment though. I don't even see Dennis as much as I used too-I've been bombarded with photoshoots every weekend. I can't wait for winter, where I at least won't have to worry about the class im teaching anymore.
