Description
Since Jade, the owner of SwapSwap, couldn't be any more indecisive, changing the direction SwapSwap takes, I've decided to gather the best designs for the main cast (in my own judgement) and make it my headcanon from now on.
(Really, Jade? Trans Papyrus? Aromantic Napstablook? Pansexual Chara and what not? Are you fucking serious?)

I assure you none of the characters from my headcanon are related to the LGBTQ+ bs.
I've decided to make my headcanon of SwapSwap more simple and not just trying to be it's own thing. It's SwapSwap, you can't get too much from it anyway.

(ALL THE DESIGNS SEEN HERE WERE MADE BY JADE/CHERRY_SLUSHH or whatever name you know her as.)

FRISK- More or less the same as Undertale Frisk, just more expressive with occasional lines of dialogue. Has a liking for sour desserts.

CHARA- A more calm version of Undertale Chara. Their hate for humanity is more subtle and well hided, but they'd eventually blow up in anger.

ASRIEL DREEMURR- He's more energetic, but he's more mature and responsible. He usually meditates in a large tree found in front of the royal house, letting his imagination fly.

FLOWEY- He's a bit innocent and conserves Asriel's determination to remain a good person, but the lack of a soul and emotions slowly drags him towards crudeness and despair.

TORIEL- She aspires to be a great teacher and cook; she specializes mostly in sweet and sour desserts. She's a bit shy and anxious, she's participated in Asgore's plan to kill all the humans that fall in the Underground, due to that whenever she meets a new human she feels very guilty and tries to compensate for what she's done as much as she can.

NAPSTABLOOK- Way more confident in his music and slightly more open to new people. He'd probably follow Frisk in their journey whenever he's bored to check on him and show them his new tracks and what not.

SANS- It's more or less the same as Undertale, only more responsible and hopeful regarding the reseting timeline thing. He sticks to his brother as a way to escape from his work to discover the source of the reseting timelines.

PAPYRUS- Part of the Snowdin division in the Royal Guard. He's great friends with Undyne and Alphys. He's a bit more mature and serious regarding his work. His food still tastes like trash.

UNDYNE- Head of the Royal Guard, she's more open about watching cartoons and reading comics; whenever she's off work, she re-reads her comics again and again. She plays the piano.

ALPHYS- Royal scientist and Undyne's best friend (it's mutual.) She's accepted to receive very light training from Undyne and, in exchange, she lets Undyne borrow all her anime CD's. She's not as shy as seen in Undertale, but instead she's got a bit of a big ego.

METTATON- Not really that glamorous, he's got a liking to spooky ambience and funk music. His encounters have a bit of a halloween feel to them. He always seems tired.

ASGORE DREEMURR- King of mountain. He's a very wise man and dedicates multiple hours of his day sitting in the throne room, entering in a similar state as his son. He wears a casual outfit most of the time and only wears his armor when in general emergency or when he's told a new human has fallen (probably by Alphys.) Even though he is very regretful for he's actions, there's a part of him that still feels what he did is justified by the end of freeing the monsters. He meditates to hold back these feelings.
