If you ever read Neyla's background story on Sly Wiki, it was suggested Neyla had attended a prestigious British University. "Attended" being used loosely; Neyla snuck her way in and used her skill of powerful manipulation and persuasiveness to have others do all the work for her while she simply loused her way to the top. Though there was one student that never fell for Neyla's games, and that was the Brio Venchesse: studying abroad at the University for a step up in her pursuit to be an Inspector of the international law enforcement agency. Brio tipped off the school's staff, however the end result was Neyla earning a spot in Interpol because they saw great potential in her.
Brio would end up in the same agency three years later.

It actually did say on the second sly cooper game's broacher (you know, that pamphlet that come's with the game but nobody really reads) that neyla did scam her way through the university and someone did rat her out ( it didn't say who though). Wiki can be full of crap sometimes because I remember reading her bio on it too...and they said she was a snow leopard.

See this is why I like your fan characters so much, they tie in so nicely with the existing storyline and it all falls into place and it feels very natural. Like the creators would actually include something like this in the game~
Also it's just nice seeing Brio again in general! That lady is hella fiiiine~
