I made this picture with personalities in mind more than abilities, although that was considered into the equation as a tangent, and my motive was to see if I could create a dramatic scene with the lighting.  It didn't come out quite how I imagined it but I am satisfied for now.  What I wanted to capture is emotion and in doing so I could place a whole bunch of scenarios to work with the picture.  Queenie here already states she wanted to take over Equestia so why not take over the big cities first where Stormy resides?  Now what does he feel?  Maybe it's the first meeting and that he was simply doing his job until he started to sense her.  Or maybe she already done him wrong somehow before and he's taking his own personal revenge.  There are a whole bunch I could name.  I'm glad that I made Frostile's design more monster like than before.  I felt if I stick too close to the original she would have felt like she's redeemable.  Here, she looks and feels like someone who needs to be taken out.

Yeah she looks pure evil. Like the wicked witch or something. Like I said really cool and really well thought out. Great concept!!
