It was a long process of copying, pasting , and coloring to do this. Thank you for the nice comment.

I got the it from the lineart here. [link]
Then in Adobe Photoshop CS I used the lasso tool and went around the kit being carried. Then, I pasted it into a new canvas.

Well, I combined a few different lineart and then made the background.
