Emily walked through the forest, keeping her hurt leg off the ground. She hadn't even looked at her leg. There was a thunder strike. Another one down. I need food and water. Emily smelled the air and felt the wind. It had the faint scent of water. She walked quickly and then she came to a stream. Finally, water.then, Emily drank the water, and was refreshed. Then, she heard paw steps. Before she could move at all the pokemon were there. There were two of them that she could see. The pokemon was a sandslash and wartortle.
"Wow. Someone who has survived so far," said the Sandslash. Emily growled at them and tried to not show them her hurt leg. The Sandslash used dig. Then, the wartortle used aqua tail. Emily was hit by the aqua tail first and then she was hit by the dig. She lied on the ground.her knife was a few inches away from her. She moved it toward herself with her paw and got it with her teeth. Then, Emily got up slowly, facing away from them so they wouldn't see her knife.

"I guess she's not done yet," said the Wartortle. Emily made her knife blaze and then she threw it. The wartortle used hydro pump, but the flames stayed lit.

"Wartortle those aren't any normal flames. They're shadow flames," said the Sandslash before he was cut by the knife on his back. Emily closed her eyes and concentrated. The knife hit the wartortle. Then, Emily opened her eyes, turned around, and caught the knife with her teeth. Emily felt a mix of fear and anger come over her. Her eyes seemed to be filled with fire. She lifted her front left paw and turned it over. Then, a shadow ember appeared in that paw.

"Now do you see how I survived?" Asked Emily. The two nodded and backed away slowly. Your not getting away that easily. Emily made shadow flames surround them. Then, the flames started closing in on them and Emily moved out of the way of the flames. The flames made a dome around them. Then, the fire came from the ground under them and they screamed. After that there was silence and two thunder strikes went off. Emily made the flames disappear. The fire left Emily's eyes and then her eyes widened as she swathe two burned, motionless bodies. Oh, StarClan. What have I done? Then, Emily ran away from that area and went further into the forest. She stopped in a clearing. Then, she fell over as pain shot up her leg. Ow. That hurts. What did I do to my leg? She sat up and stretched her leg out. Then, she rolled up the pants leg that had a few holes in it. She hissed a bit while rolling it. Then, it was up. Emily looked at her leg. It was burned and had some cuts in it. There was some ash in her fur. It stung badly. She hissed and closed her eyes. Ow. It hurts... So bad. I need medicine. Emily opened her eyes and breathed. Using the shadow fire like that had taken a lot of her strength. Emily heard rustling and looked at the bush. Then, someone came out. It was Adrian. Emily's face brightened when she saw him. She wanted to cry out Adrian and run up to hug him but she couldn't.

"Emily," he said coming over to her and licking her cheek and kissing her.

"It's so nice that your okay," he said. Then, he accedently put his leg on her burned one and she hissed in pain.

"What's wrong?" Asked Adtian. Emily pointed at her lag and Adrian suddenly got off. He looked at it.

"Did this have to do with the forsest fire on the first day?" Asked Adrian. Emily nodded. Then, three pokemon lunged at them. Emily got up and winced, lifting her leg. Adrian grabbed her paw and they ran. Moves were fired at them and they still ran. They made it to the middle of the field and then Emily collapsed.

"Emily get up," said Adrian but Emily just shook her head before fainting from pain. The three pokemon stopped a few yards away from them. Adrian growls at them. The pokemon used flamethrower, razor wind, and scald. Adrian was about to fire a shadow ball up but an earth power attack was used. Then, a figure came in front of Emily and Adrian. A circle of fire came around Adrian and Emily. Then, the field was set ablaze with shadow fire. There were cries of fear and sadness as three thunder strikes went off. The fire vanashed. A small trail of blood was on the field. The figure stepped into it while on her going toward Emily and Adrian. Another pokemon ran over to them. Adrian kept his guard up. The two figures were side by side and beside Adrisn and Emily.

"Efa," growled Adrian.

"Adrian why are you mad at me? I didn't do anything to hurt you," said Efa.

"You say that! But look at where we are now! Emily is hurt, she can't speak, and her memory was wiped clean!" Yelled Adrian, his claws coming out.

"Wait what!" Yelled Efa. "Oh, no."

"Why do you seem surprised. You did it," growled Adrian.

"Adrian calm down and listen to her. We're all surprised,"said Desert.

"Fine," growled Adrian, sitting down and lashing his tail.

"I didn't do this Adrian. Leon did this to Emily. I had been trying to protect her from him but Leon got ahold of her anyway. I battled him, lost and before I knew it I was in this. I had no idea of what he had done to Emily. I mean it," said Efa. Adrian looked into her eyes and then after a few seconds looked away.

"Okay. Well, Emily's fainted, has a burned leg, and she can't speak. With no memory it's hard to communicate," said Adrian.

"I can help," said Efa. "Just stand back." Adrian took a few steps back and Efa walked up to Emily. She placed her paw on her and closed her eyes. A faint light came from some spots on her rings. Emily's leg and wounds were healed. Efa stepped away from Emily and Emily opened her eyes.

"Emily," said Adrian. "You're okay."

"Yeah, I'm fine," she said and then her and Adrian's eyes widened.

"I can talk!" She exclaimed before getting up. "My leg is healed."

"Yeah," said Adrian. "Efa did it." Emily turned to Efa.

"You did this. Thank you," said Emily.

"Do you remember me?" Asked Efa,

"Faintly but I can a bit. I think my memory is coming back," said Emily.

"That's great," said Desert.

"Somehow I remembered you though. It was weird. Your group almost got me killed the other day," said Emily.

"Yeah. Sorry," said Desert.

"It's fine," said Emily, smiling.

"You know that this isn't over yet. There's a few more pokemon other then us," said Desert.

"Yeah," said Adrian. "I think we need to split up."

"I agree," said Efa. "So who goes with who?"

"To be different I'll be with Desert and you can be with Emily," said Adrian,

"Okay," said Emily and Efa. Then, the teams seperated they're different ways.
