The next morning...

Everyone woke up. They were walking through the forest. A very cold wind blew and then *boom*. Adrian's ears perked up.

"Did you hear that?" Asked Adrian.

"Yeah,"
said Audre. Then, there it was again. *boom*. This time it was closer.
Then, a tree nearby exploded and wood flew everywhere. Everyone ran as
exploding sounds were around them and wood was flying in all directions.
Frost, Vine, and Ember were ahead of Emily, Adrian, and Audre. Then, a
large chunk of wood flew in front of Adrian, Audre, and Emily blocking
their way. Ember and the others stopped.

"Are you okay?" Said Ember loudly.

"Yeah," said Emily. *boom.* went another tree.

"We're going to get out," said Frost.

"Okay. We'll try to find another way out," said Adrian. Then, they heard as paw steps disappeared. Adrian and everyone else ran through the forest trying to find an exit. But they were all blocked. After many routes they stopped.

"I've got an idea," said Emily digging a hole. Everybody went in and they dug as they heard explosions above them. Then, as Emily was digging then dirt fell in front of them. Emily went up.

"The exit is ahead," said Emily running quickly and jumping over logs and dodging falling wood. Adrian and Audre ran after her. Then, they were out. After that they ran up the nearest hill and watched the trees explode. The forest turn to piles of wood. Soon they found the others.

"That was crazy," said Audre.

"Yeah," said Ember. They all looked at the forest that was now a pile of wood and leaves.

"Had anyone noticed that there hadn't been any other pokemon there?" Asked Emily. Everyone shook their heads and looked back at the pile of forest.

That night...

Adrian woke up and looked around. (Where is Emily?) he thought. Adrian walked a bit and saw her sitting by a bush. He walked over to her.

"You okay?" He asked.

"Yeah," she said looking at the starry night sky. Adrian leaned in for a kiss and Emily pulled back.

"What's wrong?" Asked Adrian.

"N-nothing. I just don't feel like this is the time for that," said Emily. Adrian looked at her but then he looked away. (But we're a couple. I don't think this is Emily. If it is she's had a major personality change.) thought Adrian. They walked back to the others and then fell asleep.
